As an Onestream - Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions.

In this role at PwC, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. Within our Finance practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance. This position offers the opportunity to work within the Digital Core Modernization network, focusing on FP&A Technology - Enabling Apps, where you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction

Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance controls

Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation

Developing financial strategies to optimize client performance and decision-making

Managing financial shared services to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Utilizing financial data mining and forecasting to inform insights and recommendations

Overseeing financial statement preparation and review to maintain accuracy and compliance

Collaborating with clients to build meaningful relationships and anticipate their needs

Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development

Applying critical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and generate solutions

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 2-3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
