Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y de transformación digital dentro del sector financiero o bancario.

Dominio de metodologías de administración de proyectos tradicionales y ágiles (PMI, Scrum, Agile).

Experiencia en planeación, seguimiento y control de alcance, cronograma, riesgos, presupuesto, dependencias y entregables.

Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión y seguimiento de proyectos: Jira, Confluence, MS Project y Power BI.

Gestión y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders de negocio, tecnología, proveedores y liderazgo ejecutivo.

Experiencia en elaboración de reportes ejecutivos, seguimiento de indicadores y presentaciones de estatus para niveles directivos.
