Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical integration flows

Flexibility in a global setup with distributed teams across multiple time zones (“Follow the Sun”)

Lead sprint planning sessions and contribute to Agile ceremonies

Manage backlog and priorities in Azure DevOps

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments

Document integration architectures and technical designs

Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams

Continuous learning attitude, especially in cloud and integration technologies
