Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions for specific functions or business units. It actively drives the financial monthly process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancements.The role will act as Financial and Control & Compliance Analyst with WW scope mainly for Contra Revenue Processes
Responsibilities
Performs complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifies issues, and recommends solutions.
Conducts comprehensive financial analysis to provide valuable insights supporting key business initiatives.
Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
Supports policy and process enhancements, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.
Generate forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term) by analyzing trends and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Provides information and counsel in areas such as controls, budgeting, planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating sound judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Leads moderate- to high-complexity projects, delivers professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, enhancing individual and organizational performance.
Conducting monthly audit of the contra revenue processes.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience and demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4–7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of work experience.
