Job Summary

CodeGuardian Tech International Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST return filing, TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally or Busy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).

Handle TDS deductions, payments, and related statutory compliance.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation for audits.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Generate financial reports and MIS as required by management.

Maintain accurate records using Tally, Busy, or ERP software.

Required Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.

1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Practical experience in GST return filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).

Basic knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
