We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial accounting, consolidation, and ERP implementation, along with strong analytical and communication skills
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Work form office)
Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification along with article ship experience
Industry Preference: Experience in Software/IT industry is a plus, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
Maintain and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
Consolidation:
Consolidate financial data from various entities within the organization.
Streamline and standardize financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Subsidiary Financial Oversight:
Monitor and analyze the financial performance of subsidiary entities.
Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.
Participation in ERP Implementation:
Actively participate in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
Financial Analysis:
Ability to do financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Compliance and Reporting:
Assist in ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations.
Prepare and submit financial reports to relevant stakeholders, including management and regulatory authorities.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the finance function.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CMA) is highly desirable.
Understanding of ERP systems and eagerness to participate in ERP implementation will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
