Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in electrical engineering to oversee and manage all electrical works related to Traction Power Supply System and 22kV systems across our infrastructure projects. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality delivery. Your focus will be on electrical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of electrical works (66kV & 22kV), including design review, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning from initial planning to final delivery.

Client Management: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team for all electrical-related matters.

Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, including electrical materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.

Risk Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and lead risk management efforts to ensure the project stays on track.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team to ensure high performance. Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to quality standards, schedules, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of Project Manager experiences

Experience working on LTA projects is advantageous

At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Traction Power Supply System and 22kV systems

Understanding of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning for infrastructure projects

Knowledge in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.

Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety regulations.
