WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to be an integral part of our Talent Team! You will be involved in many aspects of the recruitment process, ranging from communicating with candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and assisting with team projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support a team of recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of interviews and managing communications with candidates

Provide recruiting operations support through job creation, posting, and ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in our HRIS, Workday and applicant tracking system, Greenhouse

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience to every candidate who interviews at Braze

Facilitate exceptional partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment coordinators prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work, and attention to detail

Partner with the Talent team in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects

WHO YOU ARE

1+ year of professional experience in a recruiting-related or similar coordinator role

Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse. Experience with GoodTime and Workday is a plus!

Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive)

Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management, while prioritizing strong written and verbal communication

Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the Talent team’s success

Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Scope of position

Supports a team of recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of interviews (onsite, virtual, panel, and reschedules)

Manages candidate communications to ensure a professional and timely experience

Provides recruiting operations support, including job creation, posting, and accurate tracking of activities in Greenhouse and Workday Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience

Participates in team meetings and shares observations to support process improvements

Partners with other Recruitment Coordinators to balance scheduling load and ensure coverage Assists in ad hoc TA projects or reporting efforts under recruiter/manager guidance

Escalates issues, scheduling conflicts, or process bottlenecks promptly to recruiter or manager

Begins to partake in broader TA team and RC lead projects

Strong Google suite skills; experience with Greenhouse and/or Workday is a plus

Demonstrates good judgment on when to seek guidance

Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

For candidates based in the Romania the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between 113.400 RON and 161.100 RON/year gross with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between 126.000 RON and 179.000 RON/year gross (including bonus or commission). The split between the base and bonus/commission for this role is 90/10. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
