Job purpose

The Global HR Business Partner engages with leaders and managers to provide strategic HR advice in alignment with business priorities, particularly in the context of supporting AXA GO deep transformation.

Acting as a key business partner, the role supports business transformation and organizational change while contributing to the definition and delivery of HR plans and yearly HR cycles, including workforce planning, compensation calibrations, cultural shift, and talent management to build high performing teams

In addition, the role ensures that the business “voice of the customer” is reflected in the Division GO People, Communications & Employee Services.

Key Responsibilities

The Global HR Business Partner is particularly in charge of:

Participating in division and department leadership team meetings to bring the HR perspective into business discussions and decision-making, as well as cascade any strategic and operational HR topics

Be the ambassador of the People Strategy on a daily basis, and using HR analytics and people insights to support diagnostic, adaptation and follow-up of the HR action plans on his/her scope

Building collaborative relationships with Heads of Departments, department leadership teams, HR stakeholders, and internal customers

Influencing leadership decisions by providing pragmatic HR advice, challenging constructively, and ensuring that business needs are reflected in HR services and employee or manager journeys.

Developing business proximity and solid knowledge of the department Talent pool and key profiles

Supporting AXA GO transformation and reorganization initiatives by leading the People impact: anticipating workforce or organizational evolutions and risks and implementing HR process for people impacted.

Ensuring HR processes are running smoothly in a matrix and multicultural environment, ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and business relevance.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in HR, including significant exposure to business partnering, transformation, and complex stakeholder environments.

Strong HR background with proven expertise in key HR practices and processes, including compensation, sourcing, training and development.

Demonstrates strategic thinking to address complex transformation challenges, balancing effective delivery with realistic change adoption.

Able to advise and coach managers on people-related matters

Comfortable applying project management practices in complex, matrix, and multicultural environments.

Fluent in English.

Core skills

Deep knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, , compensation and benefits, and performance management, with a strong understanding of global and local HR oganization

Ability to link the dots between business priorities and its HR application

Strong advisory and coaching skills to support managers and leaders in addressing complex people, team, and organizational challenges.

Ability to analyze, structure, and follow up on HR projects and initiatives in complex, matrix, and multicultural environments.

Transversal skills

Influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders in a matrix, multicultural environment.

Communicate with clarity and impact, showing professionalism, ethics, and leadership by example.

Build trusted relationships with business leaders, internal customers, HR teams, and project stakeholders.

Drive transformation outcomes while balancing global priorities, local realities, and change adoption.

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, autonomy, and problem-solving in complex situations.
