As a Production Area Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Prepared Foods departments. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will oversee production strategies, sales, customer experience, and team development to ensure efficiency and high standards in our operations.

Here’s Where You Will Be Focusing:

Lead Production Operations – Partner with Store Leaders to execute merchandising, sales, and margin-driving strategies.

Drive Team Performance – Train, onboard, and develop Production Managers and employees to ensure excellence.

Optimize Inventory & P&L – Monitor financial targets, shrink control, and sales forecasts to enhance profitability.

Ensure Compliance & Safety – Oversee food safety standards, equipment management, and loss prevention strategies.

Enhance Customer Experience – Address customer feedback and maintain knowledge of products across departments.

Manage Scheduling & Workforce Planning – Oversee employee schedules, labor costs, and talent development.

Support Cross-Functional Success – Act as a key liaison between Production teams, vendors, and other store departments.

What You Offer:

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of retail experience in leadership and budget management.

Leadership & Development: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve performance goals.

Strategic Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret reports, optimize operations, and drive business success.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
