About the role
Job Description:
Join our technical delivery team as a Digital Systems Design Engineer. You'll create innovative digital infrastructure and automation solutions that support critical applications across process, power, building, and grid markets.
What will you do?
Design and implement digital systems including communication networks, automation platforms, and cybersecurity solutions
Create technical application designs and engineering studies that integrate digital components across domains
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues at labs and customer sites while providing technical recommendations
Define standards, test plans, and best practices that ensure quality and performance in digital deployments
What are the key skills we are looking for?
Digital Systems - intermediate level; designing end-to-end solutions for automation and control applications
Technical Solution Design - intermediate level; creating detailed engineering studies and application designs
Problem Solving - intermediate level; troubleshooting complex product and system issues independently
Automation and Control Systems - intermediate level; specifying and implementing digital control platforms
System Architecture - developing level; defining communication protocols and data flow structures
Cybersecurity - developing level; integrating security frameworks into digital infrastructure designs
Requirements Analysis - developing level; translating customer needs into technical specifications
Active Listening - intermediate level; understanding stakeholder concerns and technical requirements accurately
