About the role

Posting Description:

Do you enjoy building trusting relationships with commercial and multinational clients while playing a key role in their risk management strategy? Are you looking for a position where you can both grow an existing portfolio and contribute to the expansion of a leading firm?

Join Aon as an Account Director and put your property and casualty insurance expertise to work for a strategic client base within a highly recognized team!

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What the day will look like

As an Account Executive while generating sustainable growth through new mandates. You coordinate all of Aon’s resources and bring the best of Aon to each client.

Key responsibilities:

Account management (existing clients)

Manage a portfolio of Aon commercial and multinational clients, made up of international companies and large corporations with operations in Canada.

Act as the primary point of contact for these clients and be responsible for understanding their specific risk management and insurance needs.

Lead the development of the account approach, coordinate the implementation of insurance programs, and promote lasting client happiness and retention.

Work closely with colleagues and with Aon’s broader network to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions.

You’ll collaborate daily with senior brokers, placement specialists, analytics and industry experts across Aon’s global network, giving you access to deep expertise you won’t find everywhere.

At the same time, you’ll be supported by strong client service, operations and technical teams so you can focus on relationships, strategy and growth. This is a role where you can be both the trusted face to the client and a key driver of Aon’s commercial success in Québec.
