What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships with existing Cole clients through regular contact, both in person and virtually

Identify new opportunities within the client base, collaborating closely with various departments

Solicit feedback from clients regarding service performance, resolve concerns, and ensure ongoing satisfaction

Manage client expectations, providing clear guidance on policies and procedures

Actively participate in RFPs, quoting, and responding to client proposals

Develop in-depth client profiles and manage the “Know Your Client” (KYC) initiative, ensuring that all relevant data is entered into Cole’s CRM

Introduce and promote new services and initiatives, such as customs clearance, freight forwarding, compliance programs, and electronic payment options

Organize and contribute to client appreciation events and educational seminars

Meet a modest annual revenue target by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best client experience

What You'll Bring

Completion of Grade 12, with post-secondary education as an asset

8+ years of continuous experience within the logistics industry

A background in operations for freight and/or customs brokerage

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client needs

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently

Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools

Valid class 5 driver’s license

Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is required for this position.
