Your Role
Work closely with the Workplace Manager to maintain an organized, highly functional, and welcoming office environment.
Monitor and manage inventory for office materials, and kitchen supplies; assist with placing vendor orders and restocking.
Support the Team Lead with daily operational tasks, document preparation, data entry, and ad-hoc administrative projects.
Help liaise with external service providers, facility management, and maintenance teams to ensure all our spaces are in top condition.
Assist with welcoming external visitors, candidates, and clients to the HQ, ensuring a seamless and positive arrival experience.
Provide hands-on support for local team events, workshops, and catering setups, helping to foster a vibrant workplace culture.

Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required. A good command of German is highly preferred to effectively coordinate with local German vendors, couriers, and service providers.
A true “can do” attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to structure tasks efficiently, manage multiple administrative requests, and maintain attention to detail.
Approachable, friendly, and eager to deliver a great experience to the team every day.
High level of responsibility and trustworthiness, especially when handling confidential mail and HQ operations.
