About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR colleagues, helping to shape hiring strategies and deliver recruitment outcomes across the organisation.

You'll partner with stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs, using market insight, recruitment data, and sourcing expertise to attract and engage diverse talent. As ambassador of our brand, you will ensure candidates receive a good experience, influencing all those involved in the hiring journey so they know how to help.

Working as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you'll support a wide variety of recruitment activity across different functions, demonstrating your direct sourcing capabilities and use of market insight to influence decisions.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to develop efficient and inclusive recruitment strategies.

Use recruitment data, talent market intelligence, and insights to inform sourcing decisions.

Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing and networking.

Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, ensuring a high-quality service and timely delivery.

Coach and guide hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process.

Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activity.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

ABOUT YOU

You'll be an experienced recruiter who combines strong sourcing capability with excellent stakeholder management skills and a customer-focused approach.

You'll have:

Experience in either in-house or agency recruitment.

Proven experience in directly sourcing diverse shortlists and developing candidate pipelines.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to communicate with managers at all levels of seniority.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

A data-driven approach, using insight and market knowledge to inform decision-making.
