£32,000-£38,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 OTE) + £5,200 Car Allowance

We're looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Customer Growth Manager to manage and develop relationships across an existing portfolio of industrial and commercial customers. You'll identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, increase service adoption and support long-term retention through a consultative approach.

The Role

This is a field-based customer growth role where you'll:

Build strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers

Visit customer sites to understand their evolving waste management needs

Identify opportunities to services and improve customer solutions

Develop proposals that deliver value for customers and support business growth

Proactively engage with customers to strengthen retention and loyalty

Work closely with Account Management, Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service

Use CRM systems to manage customer activity, opportunities and account plans

About You

You'll have:

Proven experience managing and growing B2B customer relationships

Experience in account management, customer success or consultative sales

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

Confidence conducting customer meetings and site visits

Experience managing a customer portfolio and using CRM systems

A full UK driving licence

Experience within waste management, environmental services, industrial or technical sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
