Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks, Microsoft Front End Development (FED), Multiplatform Application Development.

Strong knowledge of backend and frontend integration techniques to build scalable and maintainable applications.

Experience with cloud-based development environments and deployment strategies.

Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance across multiple platforms.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
