Assistant Vice President - Key Alliances

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) to manage the Yes Bank partner - VRM relationship within HDFC Life. Based out of our Mumbai, the AVP will play a crucial role in strengthening and optimizing the partnership while driving business growth across the VRM verticals of Yes Bank.

What does the job entail?

1. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Yes Bank within HDFC Life, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the distribution and penetration of life insurance products within the wealth, NRI banking, and BBG segments. 3. Business Development: Drive business development efforts to maximize revenue opportunities, acquire new customers, and deepen existing client relationships. 4. Product Integration: Coordinate with product teams to ensure alignment and integration of HDFC Life's insurance solutions with the unique needs of Yes Bank clients. 5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. 6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing risks associated with the partnership effectively. 7. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, communicating progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Work Experience

11+ years of experience in senior management roles within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels.

Essential Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
