About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will lead procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless production, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, leveraging ERP systems, and navigating global logistics challenges with agility.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Demand Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with company growth goals.
Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to accurately forecast demand and balance capacity.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turnover, cycle time, and total logistics costs.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage local and global sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and supply continuity.
Implement vendor evaluation metrics and risk mitigation plans to proactively address supply disruptions.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
Oversee inventory control strategies, safety stock policies, and warehouse operations across all distribution points.
Optimize working capital through effective stock management and material requirements planning (MRP).
Logistics & Compliance
Direct inbound and outbound logistics networks, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Ensure full compliance with trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws.
Continuous Improvement & Systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
Leverage advanced technology and ERP/WMS systems to improve supply chain visibility and data accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree or APICS CSCP/CPIM certification is a strong plus).
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/management role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
High proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.
Language: Professional working proficiency or fluency in English (written and spoken).

Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing cross-functional teams.
High adaptability and problem-solving mindset under pressure.
Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes
