Bring together manufacturing, digitalization, and innovation in the aviation industry! As part of the LEAP Industrialization Team, you’ll help optimize manufacturing processes, collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers, and lead your own project that delivers measurable value for engine maintenance
Tasks
Gain hands-on experience with industrial engine maintenance and production processes in the LEAP division
Support production engineers and process engineers with shop floor management and the implementation and optimization of processes
Collaborating on the analysis of production metrics and identifying improvement measures
Supporting projects related to digitalization and process improvement
Preparing reports, presentations, documentation, and training materials
Taking on an independent project with responsibility for planning, implementation, and presentation of results
Acquiring practical skills in industrialization, lean management, and production control
Participating in interdisciplinary workshops and meetings

Requirements
To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.
At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
Interest in production processes and technical environments
Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Initial experience in data analysis, digitalization, or process management is a plus
Structured and independent work style
Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various departments
Good command of German and English
