About the role

Responsibilities

Unterstützung der Sales beim Onboarden neuer Kunden bzw. bei der Anpassung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch Auswertung der Produktpalette

Starten des Onboarding Prozesses für KYC und die dazugehörigen Rahmenverträge

Hilfestellung bezüglich der jeweils benötigten Dokumente, teilweise auch direkter Kontakt mit dem Kunden um die Dokumente einzusammeln

Unterstützung der Sales bei den anstehenden KYC Reviews unter Beachtung der strengen Richtlinien von Compliance bezüglich des KYC Verfallsdatums

Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Fragen Rund um das Onboarding Thema (inklusive der benötigten Tools)

Betreuung der DE-MARK-Client-Onboarding Emailbox -Sicherstellung der zeitnahen Abarbeitung aller hereinkommenden Kundenanfragen

Profile required

Studierende in BWL, Finance oder vergleichbarem Studiengang

Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel, Word)

Verantwortungsbewusste, engagierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

Strukturiertes, organisiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten

Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Flexibilität

Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
