We are looking for a Full-time and Part-time Sales Associate to join us in our West Edmonton Mall location.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable, and efficient manner.

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables.

Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

Ensure health and safety standards are followed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Eligible to work in Canada.

Flexible work hours and times.

Skills & Experience Required:

A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Merchandising skills.

Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds.

Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
