Duties of the Role

Prepare and serve a variety of ice creams and toppings according to established recipes and standards.

Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with selections, upselling products, and answering questions!

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, equipment, and serving stations in compliance with food safety standards.

Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality

Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required!

Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.

Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and managing transactions.

Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
