About the role
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk Receptionist to support our daily office operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with office systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Accurately enter and update information using office software and digital tools
Organize files, maintain records, and manage documents
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data tracking
Keep the reception area neat and presentable at all times
Prepare documents, emails, and general correspondence
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support
Assist with front desk processes such as client or visitor check-in/check-out when required
Qualifications & Skills
Comfortable using office tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an asset
Experience with bookkeeping software is considered an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional and approachable customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
Prior experience in a clinic or similar setting is helpful but not required
