Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and inviting atmosphere.

Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations.

Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and policies.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders when necessary.

Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in bar or beverage service roles.

Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Hospitality experience is a plus, along with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
