As a Manufacturing Technician, you will leverage your mechanical aptitude, manufacturing expertise, and commitment to quality to assemble complex transformer components in a highly skilled production environment.

How You'll Make an Impact
Assemble and manufacture large power transformer components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
Perform detailed measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product excellence.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to support on-time delivery of critical customer projects.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Min 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, Logistics, operations, customer service, or another fast-paced environment required.
Secondary degree or education preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring devices and industrial tools preferred.
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, constructions, warehouse or mechanical environments is advantageous.
Experience with transformers, electrical equipment, power generation, heavy industrial manufacturing, or custom-built products strongly preferred.
