What You will Do:

The Organizational Change Lead for the S/4HANA project is responsible for executing change management strategies that enable a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.

This role acts as a bridge between project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all impacted employees are supported throughout the transformation process.

Lead & localize change management activities ensuring successful OCM implementation and user adoption.

Identify & engage key stakeholders at levels, run change impact analysis workshops, and coordinate nomination & activities of Change Agents

Adapt training programs for local needs & oversee training delivery together with Change Agents

Develop & execute localized communication plans aligned with the business strategy

Monitor rollout progress, identify risks/resistance & provide updates to BA and Cluster leadership

Active participant in the OCM Community, contributing best practices, insights, and input to the overall OCM strategy

Act as dedicated ambassadors for capability/product line, representing business needs

Execute OCM activities for capability/product line & cascade communications + training locally

Promote rollout benefits, facilitate workshops/Q&A sessions & address adoption barriers

Gather feedback, escalate concerns, identify signs of resistance and adoption risks, propose adjustments

Share best practices & insights within the OCM Community

Monitor and report on change management progress, adjusting strategies as needed to address challenges and maximize engagement.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field; master’s preferred.

Proven experience in leading organizational change for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.

Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at driving change in complex environments.

They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can inspire confidence in others while delivering measurable results for the organization.

Pay Range: $75k to $90K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, some travel is required.

Citizenship Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
