Job Title: Technology Project Manager / PMO / Delivery Governance

Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days onsite, 2 Days work from home) hybrid role

Technology Project Manager / PMO candidates with 7+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Governance, Risk & Dependency Management, Stakeholder Management, and Executive Reporting. Strong Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau skills are required. Banking/Financial Services experience.

Job Descriptions:

Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery -e.g., governance, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.

Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams i.e., vertical and horizontal governance and delivery management.

Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.

Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.

Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.

Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Horizontal positions working on various projects/programs

Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and BAC project managements tools and capabilities.

Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.

Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

5-7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.

Tableau Experience.

Independent, Top Performer, Project Manager, Reporting Specialist.
