Full-time | Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis

At cinch Chery Birmingham, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.

You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.

You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.

You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.

Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.

Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.

Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
