Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions and patient interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements

Monitor inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and place orders for replenishment as necessary

Educate patients on medication adherence and lifestyle modifications to optimise health outcomes

Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacology and healthcare regulations through continuous professional development

Experience

Proven experience working as a Pharmacist within a clinical or community setting is preferred

ICU experience is advantageous, demonstrating capability in high-pressure environments requiring specialised medication management

Strong knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medication administration protocols is essential

Prior experience in patient care roles that involve counselling and personalised healthcare advice is desirable

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
