Key Responsibilities:

Should be familiar with tool administration, design, configuration, developing Dashboards, automation and managing daily operations.

Monitoring Tool Deployment, Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting

Assist with the design of system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems.

Integration of 3rd party element managers with APIs (application programming interfaces)

Assist with the design of subsystems and integration of the total system.

Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.

Develop and recommend corrective actions.

Maintaining and Configuring Rules Fand Managing Alerts etc.

Performance tuning of application and finding automation methods

Assist with trade studies, to determine system (hardware, software, architecture) improvements.

Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverable items.

Able to install, configure and administer SolarWinds components, including Network Performance Monitor (NPM), NCM (Network Configuration Manager) and NTA (Network Traffic Analyzer)

Should have expertise in SolarWinds tool implementation, migration, and administration on (NPM, NCM (Network Configuration Manager), NTA, WPM (Web Performance Monitor), VNQM (VoIP and Network Quality Manager) SAAS (Software as a Service) Product

Experience configuring monitors using SNMP, SSH (Secure Shell), WinRM (Windows Remote Management), WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), JMX and other technologies.

Experience configuring collection of Syslog messages from various devices and storing and forwarding as required by local policies.

Provide expertise to define, monitor, and report on SLAs (service level agreements)

Provide expertise to detect and verify performance issues and determine the scope of the performance issue

Experience in developing and creating of dashboards

Ability to provide consultation for new projects, functionalities
