Job Description: As an Experienced Barista, you will be the face of our café, providing friendly, efficient service and expertly preparing a variety of coffee beverages, and matcha drinks. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Ability to do latte art is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to high standards

Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner

Be able to do latte art, and make matcha drinks

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and dining area

Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Assist with stock management, including restocking supplies and rotating stock

Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a passion for quality

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

A friendly, positive attitude and team spirit

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience in a high-volume setting preferred

Barista training or certification is a plus but not essential
