Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Trainee Manager to join our team with an immediate start. Duties

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of food quality and safety

Support the management team in supervising staff, including training new team members and motivating the team to achieve targets

Participate actively in food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes served

Supervise serving staff to ensure excellent customer experiences and prompt service

Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across the kitchen and dining areas

Contribute to food production planning, inventory management, and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained

Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality, fostering teamwork, and upholding the restaurant’s brand values

Requirements

Female candidates only, with a strong desire to develop into managerial roles within hospitality

Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly preferred, including roles such as barista, server, or kitchen assistant

Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in food service settings

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols

Hands-on experience with food production, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards

Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Hospitality or culinary qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
