We operate as a close-knit, professional team and we are now looking to bring an experienced Groundworker on board to support our growing pipeline of premium domestic projects.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Groundworker to join our reputable and expanding construction company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Role: Groundworker

Location: West Midlands, Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Edgbaston, Harborne, Warwick etc

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Site preparation, setting out and temporary works

· Excavation work, Foundations, footings and ground beams

· Trenching and ducting

· Drainage installation, inspection chambers & connections

· Oversites, DPMs, insulation and concrete pours

· Levelling ground with laser levels

· External works, landscaping, hard standings, paths and levels

· Working to site plans and drawings

· Ensuring all health & safety standards are met on-site

· Working closely with site managers, bricklayers and structural teams

You will be working on extensions, refurbishments and new-builds where accuracy, neatness and compliance matter.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry

· Plant tickets (CPCS/NPORS) – Must include tickets for machinery such as Dumper, Roller, Excavator, etc. if needed

· Ability to read and interpret site drawings and levels

· Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures

· Full UK driving licence and your own Vehicle Required

· Good attitude, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team

Pay: From £160.00 per day
