Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any needs they may have. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen understanding of food safety and preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take accurate food and drink orders using the appropriate methods.

Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.

Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.

Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all utensils are properly organised.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints, providing help where necessary.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Process payments accurately using basic maths skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred but not essential.

Strong understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.

A passion for guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere is crucial.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £11.10-£12.71 per hour
