The Role
Extract, analyze, and validate data from Epic Clarity databases for reporting needs.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and reporting datasets.
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards within Epic reporting tools and Power BI.
Utilize Snowflake to support data storage, analysis, and reporting initiatives.
Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and end users.
What You'll Need
Active Epic Clarity Certification.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query development and performance optimization.
Experience extracting and analyzing data from Epic Clarity databases.
Experience with Snowflake data platform and Power BI for dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
