Remuneration : from €1300 gross per month (depending on the level of studies)

MAIN PURPOSE
Supporting the Fragrance Market & Consumer Insights Manager, the Analyst will help understanding and analyzing consumer behavior, preferences and market trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Trends
Run quantitative & qualitative studies on market trends & consumer insights.
Partner with Insights Platforms & Fragrance Houses to build a comprehensive overview of the Fragrance dynamics.
Support the Manager in preparing solid recommendations based on key facts to influence the innovation plans.
Follow & monitor regularly all trends of the Fragrance & Beauty industry on social media, focusing on Tik Tok and prepare recurrent recaps for the team.
Consumer Insights
Participate in the implementation of a complete Consumer Strategy, by identifying consumer segments to target on the key strategic pillars of the Maison.
Help define the new positioning of Cartier Fragrances, highlighting the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) of the Maison in this category, working hand in hand with relevant stakeholders & teams.
Product Performance Monitoring
Produce weekly & monthly performance reports.
Ad-hoc deep-dive analysis to help define the future launch plans.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Have a first 6 months experience in positions such as Business Analyst, Insights or client assistant. An experience in luxury or fragrance is a plus.
Master Excel, Powerpoint and be at ease with data base extractions.
Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Be curious and proactive.
Have an appetite for project management and be able to lead projects with autonomy.
