La Digital Factory de Safran Aircraft Engines est une entité de la DSI, véritable moteur de cette

transformation digitale qui crée et de délivre solutions digitales innovantes en exploitant des

technologies de pointe.

Dans le cadre de nos activités de conception de nouvelles solutions web apps et analytics

dans le cloud, nous recherchons un Scrum Master pour piloter nos processus agiles et

favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue.

Job Requirements

Votre profil :

Expérience confirmée en tant que Scrum Master ou Coach Agile.

Solide maîtrise des frameworks agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).

Expérience dans un environnement technique (Data, IA, Cloud, DevOps) est un plus.

Excellentes capacités de communication et de facilitation.

Capacité à résoudre les conflits et à favoriser une culture de collaboration.

Certifications Scrum Master (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe) appréciées.

Autonomie, esprit d'initiative et capacité à fédérer.
