As a Customer Service Officer, your mission is to ensure every attendee leaves with a smile.

You'll be the go-to person for all things customer-related, from answering enquiries to escalating issues on the spot. Your role is pivotal in making each event a resounding success through stellar communication, quick problem-solving, and seamless teamwork. About the Role

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two events are the same. You will work closely with event coordinators and team members to support the successful delivery of events while providing exceptional service to attendees.

Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues quickly, and create positive customer experiences will be key to ensuring every event runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and professional demeanour.

Address and resolve customer enquiries and escalate issues promptly and efficiently.

Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all customer-related aspects run smoothly.

Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve future events.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Work closely with event coordinators and team members to deliver outstanding event experiences.

Contribute to creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable environment for attendees.

About You

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.

Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.

Available to work days, weekends, and weeknights.

Desirable

Current RSA.

Current Driver's Licence is beneficial but not essential; however, you must be able to travel to various locations as required.
