Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will support the coordination of project activities related to existing and planned infrastructure, helping facilitate communication between the project team, external partners, and key stakeholders. You will assist with organizing meetings, documenting discussions, and gathering information needed to support project planning and decision-making. Working closely with senior team members, you will help ensure project activities remain aligned and that important information is communicated clearly and effectively.
You will also contribute to planning and design-related tasks across infrastructure projects. In addition, you will help with quantity take-offs and other coordination activities that support project development and construction planning.
As part of the team, you will review, organize, and help assess technical information received from project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. You will assist in identifying gaps, validating project data and deliverables for senior review, and supporting field verification activities such as surveys or site investigations where required. Your contributions will help the team maintain an accurate understanding of existing conditions and project requirements.
You will also play an important role in maintaining clear and organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and coordination records. Responsibilities will include preparing draft reports, project updates, and other materials for review, while also supporting cost estimating, budgeting inputs, and quantity tracking. Through these activities, you will help the project team stay organized, informed, and on track throughout project delivery.
