Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity at our Vancouver office for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required.

The salary band for this position is $72,971 - 109,375 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience

2 - 5 years’ experience with a General Contractor

Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) Clearance

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards

Basic understanding of construction sequences

Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore

Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients

Basic knowledge of BIM/VDC services, standards, implementation and practice is an asset
