We see real value in AI-assisted development and are actively incorporating it into our workflows and projects. That said, we believe that for the foreseeable future, AI tools work best as a force multiplier for experienced developers - not a substitute for them. We are looking for candidates who share that view: developers who can leverage these tools effectively while bringing the technical judgment to know when to trust them and when not to.
