Our client is a growing fitness company that is looking for a FP&A Analyst to join their growing team.

About the Role

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis across the organization. This position is well suited for someone with a strong analytical foundation who is looking to transition into an operating company and gain broad exposure to strategic finance, executive leadership, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Finance and Accounting teams.

Help drive budgeting and forecasting processes.

Analyze business performance.

Develop financial models.

Support strategic projects, including M&A and other growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related analytical field.

Experience performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, valuation, or financial modeling.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Financial statement analysis and business performance reporting.

Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, and business teams.

Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments with significant exposure to senior stakeholders is highly valued.
