Skills
About the role
DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise Engineering Product Management team builds productivity tools used by hundreds of thousands of Amazonians worldwide spanning corporate offices, customer service, fulfillment centers, and a diverse development community. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own hands-on delivery of AI-powered products and process automation at Amazon scale.
This is a builder role. You will personally develop proof-of-concept solutions, automate product workflows end-to-end, and translate customer needs into working prototypes that accelerate the product development lifecycle. You'll use AI as your primary tool, from spec creation through production and raise the bar for how AI is embedded into everyday product work. You will define product requirements through hands-on experimentation, collaborate directly with engineering to move validated prototypes into production, and partner with AWS teams on platform integration.
This role requires coordination across internal and external teams. You work with customers, partners, and operational stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, rapidly prototype solutions, and drive adoption of AI tools that measurably improve team velocity.
You bring: Exceptional problem-solving skills. Deep, hands-on experience building with AI/ML tools (not just evaluating them). Sound business judgment. A track record of personally shipping high-impact technical solutions - not just writing requirements for others to build.
