As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise solutions within a collaborative and inclusive environment. You will help modernize applications, improve platform reliability, and deliver valuable user experiences while expanding your technical expertise and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support full-stack applications that support critical applications for ClientExperience Technology SAvE Organization.
Design and develop AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs), and generative AI services.
Contribute to modernization initiatives that improve application performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
Build and integrate APIs and backend services that support business and technology objectives.
Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool-calling capabilities into AI applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while helping maintain platform stability and reliability.
AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
What you have
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development, with 1+ years building AI/ML or LLM-powered applications.; BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
Experience developing and supporting web-based applications using modern development practices.
Proficiency in C# and .NET Core or Python for developing backend services and APIs.
Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production environments.
Working knowledge of application security concepts and secure coding practices.
Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for developing responsive user interfaces.
Experience building single-page applications using Angular and TypeScript.
Experience designing, creating, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL data stores.
Experience implementing unit tests and supporting software quality practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience contributing to application modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with application performance monitoring and performance optimization.
Experience with web accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development teams.
Exposure AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
