Where You'll Make a Difference

Lead production operations across day, afternoon, and night shifts, ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing performance

Develop, coach, and engage production teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Drive adherence to safety, quality, food safety, and operational standards throughout the manufacturing process

Optimize manufacturing processes involving food ingredients and specialty raw materials to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance

Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies

Monitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets

Partner closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) teams to support business objectives

Support plant optimization projects focused on waste reduction, process efficiency, and operational excellence

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, food safety, and company requirements while maintaining a safe working environment

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within food ingredients, food manufacturing, chemical, or related process industries

Demonstrated experience leading and developing manufacturing teams in a production environment

Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement programs

Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training

Experience implementing and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives

Knowledge of food ingredients, raw material functionality, pectin technologies, and ingredient properties used in food manufacturing processes

Strong focus on safety, operational discipline, food safety, and manufacturing excellence
