As an HR Intern, you will actively support different initiatives across the Human Resources department, contributing to key projects related to onboarding, internal communications, administrative functions and employee engagement. This position provides hands-on experience in strategic HR processes within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
Job responsibilities
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication.
Assist in organizing corporate events, trainings, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values.
Contribute to HR communication strategies and internal content management.
Maintain HR systems by updating employee data, monitoring training completion, and generating monthly reports.
Support audits and compliance processes related to HR policies and labor standards (e.g., NOM-035).
Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate follow-ups and interview coordination.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simuntaneously.
Strong interest in Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools/platforms.
Advanced English level.
French or portuguese is a nice to have.
