Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through outbound sales calls, email communication, and virtual meetings. This role focuses on promoting Ariel Premium Supply products and services, generating sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the Regional Sales Managers. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the Distributor Services (DS) Team and other departments to ensure customers receive timely information, quotes, samples, and follow-up.

Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Skills

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Basic computer skills, including spreadsheet and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Performance Expectations

Consistently achieving daily outbound call goals.
Meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Providing timely follow-up and customer communication.
Maintaining accurate customer records.
Building long-term customer relationships.
Supporting company growth through proactive sales and exceptional service.
Make a minimum of 45 outbound customer calls each day within the assigned sales region to promote Ariel Premium Supply products, services, promotions, and special offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate product solutions.
Conduct Zoom meetings and virtual product presentations to educate customers on Ariel's products and services.
Schedule follow-up activities in the Ariel system, complete follow-up calls as scheduled, and send follow-up emails after customer interactions.
Respond to customer emails within one hour during business hours whenever possible to provide exceptional customer service.
Accurately document customer conversations, sales opportunities, feedback, and account activities in the Ariel system.
Enter sample orders during customer conversations when appropriate.
Partner with the Distributor Services Team to meet customer needs, follow up on mock-ups and quote requests, and ensure timely solutions.
Assist Regional Sales Managers with customer accounts, sales initiatives, and account development as requested.
Meet or exceed established goals for outbound call activity, customer engagement, and sales performance.
