About the role
Strategy Sr Analyst
We are looking for a Strategy Sr. Analyst who will report to the LATAM Strategy Lead and support the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the LATAM region. As part of your role, you’ll contribute to transforming strategy into disciplined, data-driven execution by supporting governance processes, business intelligence, portfolio management and growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in providing business visibility, generating actionable insights and helping drive cross-functional alignment to support BRP’s growth ambitions in Latin America.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Support strategic planning cycles, including quarterly business reviews and C-level presentations;
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and support business decision-making;
Analyze business, market, competitive and industry data to identify risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations;
Assess portfolio competitiveness, identify gaps and support recommendations for product strategy;
Develop business cases, strategic analyses and executive-level recommendations;
Identify and evaluate regional growth opportunities;
Drive process improvements to enhance visibility, accountability and execution discipline across the region;
Develop KPI dashboards, scorecards and executive reports to track business performance and strategic initiatives.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business issues and translate data into recommendations;
Ownership and execution mindset, with excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment;
Commercial mindset and strong business acumen;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
