O que você fará como Representante de Vendas Internas

Como Representante de Vendas Internas – Food Care, você será responsável por atender e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes, apoiando o crescimento do negócio por meio da execução das atividades comerciais do dia a dia. Você trabalhará em parceria com clientes e equipes internas para identificar oportunidades, oferecer soluções adequadas às necessidades do cliente e proporcionar uma excelente experiência de atendimento, contribuindo para o alcance das metas comerciais da área.

Qualifications

Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes, desenvolvendo relacionamentos sólidos e identificando oportunidades de vendas.

Atender clientes, fornecendo suporte comercial durante todo o processo de vendas e pós-venda.

Elaborar e acompanhar propostas comerciais, cotações e pedidos, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.

Qualificar oportunidades de vendas e manter o pipeline comercial atualizado.

Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Customer Service, Supply Chain e demais áreas para atender às necessidades dos clientes.

Registrar e manter informações de clientes e oportunidades atualizadas nos sistemas da empresa.

Acompanhar indicadores comerciais e contribuir para o atingimento das metas de vendas da equipe.

Desenvolver conhecimento sobre os produtos, soluções e processos da Sealed Air para oferecer suporte técnico-comercial aos clientes.

O que você precisa para ter sucesso?

Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, vendas internas, Customer Service ou áreas comerciais.

Conhecimento de processos de vendas e pós-venda.

Gestão e qualificação de pipeline de oportunidades.

Conhecimento em Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word e SAP.

Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial será considerado um diferencial.

Inglês e/ou Espanhol serão considerados diferenciais.
